1. 1. What did you learn from your research that you found while preparing your presentation?

   I learn that the criteria have changed over time and society perception changed over time with the death penalty and other issues.

   I did Well by having an A and I showed how much I knew about during the presentation. What I did not do is kept it at a steady pace.

   1. What are some presentation techniques that can you incorporate into your next presentation?

   The ability of saying so little but saying a lot.

   Having to explain more and not just kept reading the slides.

Prescription Drug Addiction happen when people take advantage of a certain drug and in this case on what left that FDA (Food and Drug Association) approved is very few but, on what happen that newcomers to drugs that didn’t experience is in the early 2000’s that many drugs are harmful now consider harmful which at the time was prescribe. Which carried over to modern day that now people will do whatever it takes for being able to use their overdose drug no matter if they are conscious about it out or not it does not matter in their point of view. What also is a great note from the article is how few they are that are not consider overdose and all have a purpose. The main point of the article is unbiased because there no text outside the description which means all they are giving you is information and not why you should/shouldn’t take, and they also have sources on why these are approved. It tells overtime the FDA has gotten more stricter and more concern for people well being than they use to in the 2000’s which was all about profit. Having an article like this is a great outlook in the FDA history and what will be approved in 2019 because it can change soon.

Prescription Drugs has been an issue on how Companies advertise Prescription Drugs as Sacred that it can help fix any problem that you can have. In my opinion Prescription Drugs has been taken advantage of and there is no actual bad guy because the company has sales to make and the people are WILLING to spend it on. That said it is not great for “Doctors” to prescribe these drugs only for sales. It has been the “Fairy Tale” theory on wanting to be happy it does not matter if you feel sad, angry, disappointment etc. is all invalid in many people minds that can lead them to be addicted to Prescription Drugs. Which has been an entire Lie about being happy because while you feel happy the drugs if anything has make you sicker that can lead to death. In the article “35 FDA-Approved Prescription Drugs Later Pulled from the Market” from ProCon. Org tells you an unbiased told reasons on why these Prescription Drugs got pulled off and their symptoms in one include to eliminate high cholesterol, but it turns out having low cholesterol which makes it worse and it can lead to diabetes more often than having higher cholesterol. What also makes it unbiased it never goes in depth into any of the Drugs or have a longer narration in why they are speaking it just shows us the drug, reason and we decide what to make off it. It also did not have pro/cons which are never a fair balance as people make it out to be you can have more pro than con and not to be expected for it to be equal.

For Black History month I’ll be discussing John Baxter Taylor Jr who is the first ever African American to win a gold medal in the Track and Field. He was a veterinary student in the University of Pennsylvania. He won the gold medal in summer 1908 but he unfortunately had a few moments to feel the glory where he sadly passed away in December 2, 1908 by typhoid pneumonia. John Baxter may not be remembered but his staple of being the first gold African American Medalist where A century later he hold a legacy in the Olympic stadium.

What is your social issue?

My Social Issue is the Death Penalty and how it should be legal but to shorten up the time.

Why is it such a social issue?  What do people disagree about in relation to this topic?

The Death Penalty Issue is that people claim it to be inhumane and that innocent people are falsely accused of being sentence to death and also that it takes up to years for the death to even Happen.

What is your proposed solution?  Why do you think this is the best solution?

I do see both sides on why people are not a fan of this method for prisoners. There only so much as the Justice system it can do to be “equal” in term of anyone has a fair chance for not to be sentence to death. The thing we have to depend on is the jury and how they act on trial the convict. The solution I am proposing is to shorten up the time because it saves money and it give a greater hit to Murderers that You will be sentence to death because now with the state being in disagreement the Murderers are being more strategic on where they go to do their acct of crime.

What are pros to your solution?

The Pros of my solution is that it gives the Convicts a Message and that “If you take a life,  your taking your life as well” which it can do the infamous Planning a death and being more calculated that it escape by the justice system. Also, It saves money on the 20 year (The Average amount of time the Death Penalty takes) that we can be using for the government to a year or so which is a win for us and one less murderer in the world.

What are cons to your solution?

Regardless what I am proposing is the Jury still get a decision or to be specific they choose the convict punishment and with this it might not be well received. Also people are not going to warm up to the idea of a death penalty which means they can just be stubborn to a new perspective.

Super Bowl is an annual Football tourney where the best team compete in one game and winner take the trophy. During this process there companies who pay up to 5 million dollars into getting a 30 second Commercial. Today I be sharing you my 3 favorite Superbowl Commercials.

This is a Jeep Commercial showing us the new The All-Knew 2018 Jeep Wrangler and the new features on how flexible it can during water scenarios. What also brings is the manifesto argument they are showing at the last few seconds during the commercial how is an Anti-Manifesto. I’d enjoy watching cars pushing to it limit and find it entertaining but the overall plan was to show us how great the car is for us to buy it.

 

Another Jeep Commercial but the difference is a cross over with the Jeep Wrangler and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom that will come out and it showed a scene of the Original Jurassic Park movie and this time a more current moment but with the same set up. This is arguably my favorite because while I know they are wanting me to watch the newest movie because of the Classic Original movie. What make it better is the creativity on how the Actor just sit there in the Jeep and reliving the car chase is what make it worth while and almost convince me to watch it in Theater when it comes out.

 

 

Out of all the Super Bowl Commercials this one might seem to be not that good because on how most people enjoyed the first one. The difference is I come into it with a montage meaning that I seen it blindly and I could not stop laughing on how the guy comes in and the house is exceptionally wide. It was a great way to catch someone off guard.

The Creation I made is a green toy soldier which is to represent my toys in my childhood. Is not that I played with figurine but it was a representation of when I was imaginative with my story line when I was 5. It was also a game on the XBOX (the original) that had a game like one and which I did enjoy and have been searching for that game ever since. Still to this day cannot find it. When I saw in my group the other Creation it was a mix of “I do not know what I’m doing” or “Eh, i at least attempted” which for me I had a imagine but not the look. The watching television creation was a really good design just not explain well. Someone made a dumbbell wrestler which was cool. Two girls made a heart and both said it was out of ideas. The comparison on how activity can relate to writing is your starter idea and how most of the time is never going to work. With the style also you can take your time or you rather have to go right away and figure it out is the approach that make it similar. Also, is if your proud on what you did. If you dislike what you made/write then your going to toss it away and if you feel great about it then you have absolutely nothing to worry about but feeling like you accomplished your mission. Which is why the writing process and creating a figurine are similar.

The statistic of the United States for or against Death Penalty in the United States that is the majority support it by a 70-30 margin. However, The responses is a mix because people nowadays are modest and does not want harm for people no matter what they have done. When it comes down to my home state of Illinois the results is while more even the response is leading one way. Which is trying to justify the felon to only bad to extreme cases and not any in between. Which contradict there “motto” of everyone is equal. The political View of this Republicans is a whopping 90% which is the biggest percentage in any race, state, political view etc. What is more intriguing is that out of the 90 only 6% is wanting to be modest but the majority does not agree. While Democrat is once again an even being more modest then bluntly saying yes. Oppose to the Republicans.  The Ethnicity as a whole is more even to 60/40 so not much to comment to there behalf.
